Bir protesto metni yazdım, işlerden vakit bulamadım ancak akşama oldu.

"To the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) regarding the UEFA Cup match Ossasuna (Spain)-Trabzonspor (Turkey)

I would like to express my deep regret that members and supporters of PKK/KONGRA-GEL terrorist organization or Spanish fans, exposed propaganda materials and banner of the organization during the UEFA Cup first tour second leg match between Ossasuna/Spain and Trabzonspor/Turkey on August 28, 2006.

PKK/KONGRA-GEL terrorist organization, which started its armed terrorist acts in 1984, caused the death of more than 30.000 Turkish citizens, among whom were civilians, babies, children, women, elderly people, teachers, engineers and other civil servants, many deliberately murdered, and a huge economic and social damage.

The terrorist organization, under its different names (PKK, KADEK, KONGRA-GEL) is recognized as a terrorist organization by the EU (decision of the European Council, no.2004/306/EC, dated 2 April 2004).

I also would like to remind you the relevant article of Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism, dated 16 May 2005: “Public provocation to commit a terrorist offence” means the distribution, or otherwise making available, of a message to the public, with the intent to incite the commission of a terrorist offence, where such conduct, whether or not directly advocating terrorist offences, causes a danger that one or more such offences may be committed.”

Therefore, I kindly request the relevant UEFA bodies to intercede with the Spanish Football Federation and Ossasuna Football Club so that they can take the necessary measures in order to prevent such incidents that sadden Turkish people, not only in Turkey, but also all over the world.

By my reckoning, the Ossasuna club has to face the severest punitive measure stipulated by the related UEFA Directives, with a view to emphasize the significance of struggle against terrorism, the calamity, unfortunately, humanity has been suffering gravely in our modern age.

Such acts which encourage terrorism cannot be tolerated.

On this occasion, I convey my best wishes.

Arkadaşm öncelikle çok teşşekkür ederiz, zaman ayırmş uğraşmıssın emeğine sağlık. .

Arakadaşlar bu konuda biraz duyarlılık gösterelim. Uefa'nın faks numarasnı öğrenebilecek olan olursa faks çekmemiz çok daha etkili olur, çünkü direk istediğimiz yere ulaşmış oluruz ama e-mailler önemsenmeyebilir. haydi biraz daha katılım, Haklıysak hakkımızı alalım . .
