Match-fixing is legal in Turkey! How about you?

We are a group of Trabzonspor fans representing millions of supporters who are seeking for justice for almost 12 months since the day when the biggest match-fixing scandal errupted in Turkey.

The process was tragic in terms of fair play and justice system. We guess you had a chance to follow the developments so our aim is just to warn you about one thing... Senes Erzik, the vice president of UEFA and a member of Fenerbahce Sports Club, is apparently expressing that he did everything humanly possible to cover up the scandal and make Fenerbahce go unpunished. And it seems that he will succeed...

So we ask you all: Match fixing is becoming legal in Turkey for all the world to see, including UEFA. How about in your country? How about in Italy for example? How about in Greece? What was the more immoral and inexcusable part of Juventus's actions than Fenerbahce's, directors of which are involved match fixing activities in at least 4 matches (legaly approved) and jailed for months? Or Milan's? Or Kavala, Olympiakos Volos? Have you ever asked yourselves: What is the secret of Fenerbahce? Why does UEFA have such an enormous sympathy for Fenerbahce? What is the source of Fenerbahce's power? How does Fenerbahce manage to get off so easily?

Then we ask again... ask one more time: what is your fault Juventus? What is your fault Kavala? What is your fault Sion; you have not even involved in match fixing?

If there is a crime, there must be a punishment for it. That is the only chance to provide justice and credity. But we lost it... And UEFA ignores it!

All we ask for is equity and justice. Help us to get it!

And be aware of what is happening in Turkey...

This mail is sent to you (and to all other football lovers in the world) by Trabzonspor Fans. (Turkey)

For Trabzonspors fans, football is more precious than a lover.

Probably, some of you have heard about match fixing scandal in Turkey. But many of you may not know all the details.

At 3 July 2011, Prosecuters of Turkish Republic have started a judging process with millions of evidences.

From that day to today, we are watching the process very surprisingly
Press, Governments and Turkish Football Federation are acting like a FENERBAHÇE’s committee’s. In fact, even the laws has changed in the current year related to the match-fixing.

We are fighting with these institutions for almost a year.

But we knew that; JUSTICE would come even what happens in our county by the help of UEFA.

Yet,

Today, UEFA Vice-President ŞENES ERZİK’s (who knows all the rules and weakness of UEFA), press conference has led us into a great fear.

You probably don’t know that ŞENES ERZİK is a congress member of FENERBAHÇE. And today he sad that “I have passed my boarders(rules) to fix that issue”.

We are not sure about UEFA’s next move and also (Probably) we will never have a fair game in Turkey.
We have strugled with these problems at past and we will strugle in the future

We are just lovers of Football and Justice as you are.

We do not know how you could support us but please do a research on these topic and explain every details to your friends.

There are more people, who are seeking to cover up the match fixing scandal, exist that the real match fixers.

Everything is so obvious that you will understand us with a 5 minute google search.

Unfortunately, justice is a very weak phenomenon in Turkey. By starting from Football, we are seeking to bring JUSTICE to our country. With high possibility, we will fail.

But whatever happens, we will try.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir, die ungerecht behandelten Fans von Trabzonspor, die größte Minderheit unter den türkischen Fußballanhängern, sehen keine andere Möglichkeit als Sie um Hilfe zu bitten.

Die jeweiligen nationalen Instanzen der Türkei (Politik, Medien, Verbände) beschützen die "Reichen und Starken", weswegen wir uns große Sorgen machen. Seit Juli 2011 werden bestimmte Fußballklubs in der Türkei, die eindeutig in mehreren Spielmanipulationen verwickelt sind, verschont.

Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Tatsache, dass der Türkische Fußballverband (TFF) die Statuten geändert hat, um bestimmte Klubs amnestieren zu können. Hierbei angemerkt, dass die Disziplinaruntersuchungen noch liefen, d.h. sie haben, bevor der Disziplinarausschuss Strafen verhängen konnte, die Strafregelungen geändert.

Somit wurde ein bestimmter Klub (Fenerbahce Istanbul) gerettet, noch bevor der Disziplinarausschuss eine Entscheidung treffen konnte. Egal, ob jemand in Manipulationen verwickelt war oder nicht, die Strafen sind aufgehoben worden.

Wenn jemand (ein Team, Abgeordneter, Präsident) manipuliert hat, versucht hat zu manipulieren oder Motivationsprämien gegeben hat, so wurde dieser jemand in tiefere Spielklassen versetzt und ihm wurden zuzüglich Punktestrafen verhängt. Nun ist es so, dass man mit Geldstrafen davon kommt.

Der Verband legitimiert somit Spielmanipulation und dagegen muss etwas unternommen werden. Sie legitimieren nicht nur Manipulationen, sondern verhelfen einem bestimmten Team heil aus der Sache rauszukommen. Im ersten Bericht der Ethik-Kommission (ein Organ des Verbandes) wurde festgestellt, dass diese Mannschaft in ganze 14 Manipulationen verwickelt war 8darunter der Vereinspräsident, Vizepräsident, Abgeordnete). Im 2. Bericht wurde diese Anzahl auf 8 Manipulationen reduziert. Wir sprechen von reduziert, weil wir wissen, dass sie versucht haben bestimmte Abgeordnete von bestimmten Teams aus der Sache auszuschließen, obwohl auch sie verwickelt waren.

Nun spricht der UEFA-Vizepräsident Senes Erzik davon, auch Mitglied bei Fenerbahce, dass sie alles versucht haben und versuchen diese Sache bei der UEFA durchgehen zu lassen.

Aufgrund der Tatsachen und Hilflosigkeit wenden wir uns an Sie.
Wir möchten Sie bitten der Gerechtigkeit zu dienen und alles zu tun, was in Ihrer Macht steht.
Sie können ohne Probleme diese Tatsachen überprüfen, falls Sie unseren Worten nicht glauben sollten.

Arkadaşlar hazırlayacağınız mailde Trabzonspor taraftarı olduğunuzu vurgulamayın..Çünki şampiyonlar ligine Fener gitmesse Trabzon gidecek..Haliyle adamlar çıkarcı olduğumuzu düşünebilirler..Türk futbolu, temiz futbol, vurgusu yapmanız gerekli..

Daha genel temiz futbol, adaletsiz alınan kararlar, şikecilerin devlet desteğiyle yırtması gibi konuların vurgulanması önemli olacaktır..

ilk mail adresimden birinci metni, ikinci mail adresimden üçüncü metni gönderdim. Bütün mail adreslerine.

ben ta sabahtan gönderdim hemde tek tek kopyalayarak..o yüzden beni tekrar transfer forumunda sörf yaptırmanız lazım kilidi açarmısın sayın yöneticim

Yeni bir gmail adresi aldım ve Part1 ve Part2 olarak gönderdim.
gmail tek e-mailde 500 adrese kadar izin veriyor. Diğerlerini bilmiyorum.

Sabah da kendi gmail adresimden göndermiştim. Rehber'i ağzına kadar dolduruyor
