Match-fixing is legal in Turkey!
We are a group of Turkish fans representing millions of supporters who are seeking for justice for almost 12 months since the day when the biggest match-fixing scandal errupted in Turkey.
The process was tragic in terms of fair play and justice system. We guess you had a chance to follow the developments. There have been a match-fixing scandal going on in Turkey since July 3rd, 2011, the date when the news went public.
Speaking of the scandal, everything initially started with an investigation by the government prosecutors and they reached allegedly many evidences that would bring many individuals in more than ten different cases criminal charges; mostly due to their match-fixing efforts.
Since the date mentioned above, Turkish fans have been watching the process in Turkey in terror and protest.
In recent days, Senes Erzik, the vice president of UEFA and a member of Fenerbahce Sports Club, is apparently expressing that he did everything humanly possible to cover up the scandal and make Fenerbahce go unpunished. And it seems that he will succeed.
We, as Turkish football fans, would like to express our discomfort and concerns about the process and wish you to take this mail into consideration.

Let us give you some detailed information on the process day by day:
May 22, 2011 – Fenerbahce becamed 2010-2011 Turkish Super League Champions with 82 points, the same with the runner-up Trabzonspor.
July 3, 2011 – Match-fixing scandal errupted, tens of administrators were arrested and jailed in the following days.
July 6, 2011 - Mehmet Ali Aydınlar, the chairman of Turkish Football Federation met with Mehmet Berk, the prosecutor, and said: "The situation is very serious, there are strong evidences. We will make a decision prior to the beginning of the season."
July 11, 2011 – Mehmet Ali Aydınlar said "We do not have adequate evidence.”
July 20, 2011 – As a result of match-fixing scandal, the Super Cup match that were to be played between Besiktas and Fenerbahce both of whom were involved in the investigation, was postponed.
July 25, 2011 - The Turkish Football Federation announced the postponement of the start of the 2011/12 Super League campaign until September.
August 24, 2011 – Pierre Cornu, chief inspector of UEFA, visited Turkey, negotiated with TFF President and the prosecutor Mehmet Berk, gained information and later on Fenerbahce was banned from European Tournaments. Afterwards, the UEFA Emergency Panel has decided to replace Fenerbahçe with Trabzonspor after the Turkish Football Federation withdrew Fenerbahçe from the 2011/12 UEFA Champions League.
November 24, 2011 – The Law no. 6222 on “The Prevention of Violent Acts and Disorder in Sports” was amended by Grand National Assembly Of Turkey and the penalties were reduced. The funny part is that: it was just set 6 months ago and announced as an “ideal sample” for Europe.
December 9, 2011 – Turkish court accepted match-fixing indictment ( 400 pages)
December 20, 2011 - Ethics Committee Report On Match-Fixing Probe (the first one) was disclosed: Match-fixing in 5 games, Incentive Premium in 6 games, match fixing attempt in 3 games.
December 21, 2011 – Additional documents and evidences issued ( 7.000 pages )
December 21, 2011 – Nihat Özdemir, the vice president of Fenerbahce Sports Club, announced that unless Article 58 of TFF’s disciplinary code, which would relegate any teams found guilty of match fixing, were amended, Turkish football would sink.
January 21, 2012 – Nihat Özdemir, the vice president of Fenerbahce Sports Club, said “We object the amendment of Article 58.”
January 26, 2012 – Clubs officials rejected the amendment of Article 58 in The Extraordinary General Assembly of TFF.
January 30, 2012 – The Chairman Mehmet Ali Aydınlar announced that they would keep at the job.
January 31, 2012 – The Chairman Mehmet Ali Aydınlar resigned.
February 27, 2012 – Yıldırım Demirören, the president of Besiktas Football Club (investigated in match fixing scandal), suprisedly became the new president of Turkish Football Federation. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Prime Minister, would like him to get the job…
February 27, 2012 – Ali Koc, one of the administrators of Fenerbahce, said “CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport ) case is a matter of honor for us, we will not withdraw it.”
March 16, 2012 – Article 24 of Football Competition Regulation covering relegation penalties were amended and so all punishments for match-fixing activities attached to the 58th clause.
March 29, 2012 – The Prime Minister Erdoğan: “Not attending European Tournaments for 5 years won’t change anything”
March 30, 2012 – Yıldırım Demirören, the chairman of the TFF: “I agree with the Prime Minister. English clubs did not attend any European tournaments for 5 years, so what?”
April 26, 2012 – Fenerbahce withdrew its CAS case…
April 30, 2012 – Yıldırım Demirören announced that match-fixing “attempts” were not “reflected on pitch”.
April 30, 2012 – Article 58 of TFF’s disciplinary code, which would relegate any teams found guilty of match fixing, were amended.
May 7, 2012 – Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) announced the penalties for match fixing activities. “Officials and clubs were separated” and the federation punished a total of 10 officials and players, including three officials from Fenerbahçe, for their involvement in attempts to manipulate games from the 2010-2011 championship. But clubs were absolved amazingly.
June 1, 2012 – The Prosecutor gaved his opinion and claimed tens of years for officials, including the Aziz Yıldırım, the chairman of Fenerbahce.
June 4, 2012 – Arbitral Committee of TFF affirmed the decisions of PFDK.
And it is 28th June 2012 today.
The Super Cup match is still unsettled.
We are still waiting for justice to take its turn...

Match-fixing is legaal in Turkije.
Geachte heer, mevrouw,
Wij zijn een groep Trabzonspor-supporters, die al 12 maanden op zoek is naar rechtvaardigheid. 12 maanden geleden werd bekendgemaakt, dat er sprake was van de grootste omkoopschandaal van de Turkse voetbalgeschiedenis. Wij als voetballiefhebbers hopen dat de Nederlandse media op de hoogste is van de gebeurtenissen in Turkije rondom dit omkoopschandaal. Het begon allemaal op 3 juli 2011. De voorzitter van Fenerbahce, genaamd Aziz Yildirim, werd opgepakt. Het is een feit dat er sprake is van omkoping, omdat er duidelijke bewijzen aanwezig zijn. Ondanks de bewijzen die aantonen dat er sprake is van omkoping, heeft de vicepresident van de UEFA, Senes Erzik, gezegd dat hij er alles aan gaat doen om de feitelijke handelingen van Fenerbahce te verbergen. Daarnaast heeft hij gezegd dat de daden van Fenerbahce, ongestraft zullen blijven. Hierbij willen wij onze zorg over het Turkse voetbal beschrijven en de Nederlandse media op de hoogte stellen over de gang van zaken omtrent de omkoopschandaal in Turkije.
Een overzicht van gebeurtenissen in Turkije rondom de omkoopschandaal:
22 mei 2011 – Fenerbahce werd Turks kampioen van het seizoen 2010-2011 met 82 punten. Ook Trabzonspor werd kampioen met respectievelijk 82 punten.
3 juli 2011 – Omkoopschandaal barstte uit. Tientallen bestuursleden van een aantal clubs (o.a. voorzitter van Fenerbahce) werden gearresteerd en vervolgens in bewaring gesteld.
6 juli 2011 – Toenmalig voorzitter van de Turkse voetbalbond, Mehmet Ali Aydinlar, heeft een gesprek met de rechter van de zaak, genaamd Mehmet Berk. Na afloop van dit gesprek heeft Aydinlar gezegd dat de situatie zeer ernstig is en dat er zware bewijzen aanwezig zijn. Daarnaast heeft hij beloofd dat er sancties op zullen treden. ‘’Deze sancties worden in het begin van het seizoen bekendgemaakt’’, aldus Aydinlar.
11 juli 2011 – Mehmet Ali Aydinlar: ‘’Er zijn geen bewijzen van omkoping’’
20 juli 2011 – Door de zaak rondom de omkoopschandaal, heeft de Turkse voetbalbond besloten om de Super Cupwedstrijd (in Nederland; Johan Cruijff Schaal) Fenerbahce- Besiktas, af te lasten .
25 juli 2011 – De Turkse voetbalbond meldt dat het seizoen later zal beginnen. Seizoen 2011/2012 zal in september van start gaan.
24 augustus 2011 – Pierre Cornu, inspecteur van de UEFA bezoekt Turkije. Cornu overlegt samen met Mehmet Ali Aydinlar en Mehmet Berk over de gang van zaken in de Turkse voetbalwereld. Er is besloten Fenerbahce uit de Champions League wordt gezet. In plaats van Fenerbahce krijgt Trabzonspor een ticket voor de groepsfases in de Champions League.
9 december 2011 – De Turkse rechtbank accepteert de aanklacht betreft de omkoopschandaal.
20 december 2011 – Ethisch Comité stelt eerste rapport vast. Hieruit wordt vastgesteld; Fenerbahce heeft 5 wedstrijden gemanipuleerd, een stimuleringspremie voor 6 wedstrijden gegeven en een poging om 3 wedstrijden te manipuleren.
21 december 2011 – Nihat Özdemir, vicepresident van Fenerbahce, meent dat het Turkse voetbal zal zinken zonder artikel 58 Reglement van de Turkse voetbalbond. Dit artikel houdt in dat de desbetreffende voetbalclub een divisie lager wordt gezet, wanneer zij schuldig is aan match-fixing.
21 januari 2012 – Nihat Özdemir pleit voor wijziging van artikel 58 Reglement van de Turkse voetbalbond.
26 januari 2012 – Voetbalclubs in Turkije zijn tegen een wijziging van artikel 58 Reglement van de Turkse voetbalbond.
30 januari 2012 – Toenmalig voorzitter Turks voetbalbond, Mehmet Ali Aydinlar, wil verdergaan met zijn baan als voorzitter en denkt er niet over na om te stoppen.
31 januari 2012 – Mehmet Ali Aydinlar neemt ontslag.
27 februari 2012 – Yildirim Demirören, toenmalig voorzitter van Besiktas, wordt voorzitter van de Turkse voetbalbond, ondanks Besiktas ook betrokken is in de omkoopschandaal.
27 februari 2012 – Ali Koc, bestuurslid van Fenerbahce, zei: ‘’De zaak die we hebben aangevoerd tegen de UEFA bij de CAS is een zaak om onze eer te beschermen. We zullen de zaak niet intrekken.’’
29 maart 2012 – Premier Erdogan: ‘’Het zal geen verschil uitmaken voor het Turks voetbal als de voetbalclubs 5 jaar niet deelnemen aan Europese evenementen’’
30 maart 2012 – Yildirim Demirören, voorzitter van de Turkse voetbalbond: ‘’Onze premier heeft gelijk. Engelse clubs zijn ook 5 jaar uitgesloten van Europese toernooien. Het heeft voor hen ook niets uitgemaakt’’.
26 april 2012 – Fenerbahce trekt haar ‘’eervolle zaak’’ tegen de UEFA in bij de CAS.
30 april 2012 – Yildirim Demirören: ‘’Match-fixing is niet geconstateerd tijdens de wedstrijden. Wij kunnen uit de wedstrijden niet constateren dat er sprake is van omkoping’’.
7 mei 2012 - Turks Voetbal Discipline Comité noemt de straffen voor de omkooppraktijken. Tien bestuursleden worden gestraft, waaronder drie bestuursleden van Fenerbahce. Zij zijn schuldig aan het manipuleren van de wedstrijden, waardoor zij niet meer actief mogen zijn in de voetballerij. Fenerbahce als club blijft ongestraft, omdat de comité van mening is dat de daden van bestuursleden gescheiden moet zijn van de club.
1 juni 2012 – De rechter geeft zijn mening over de zaak. Hij eist een gevangenisstraf van circa 30 jaar voor de voorzitter van Fenerbahce.
4 juni 2012 – De Turkse voetbalbond accepteert de straffen van de Discipline Comité.
28 juni 2012 – Turkse voetballiefhebbers wachten nog steeds op een gerechtvaardigd besluit van de Turkse voetbalbond, hoewel wij de toekomst van het Turks voetbal niet rooskleurig zien.

Match-fixing is legal in Turkey!
We are a group of Turkish fans representing millions of supporters who are seeking for justice for almost 12 months since the day when the biggest match-fixing scandal errupted in Turkey.
The process was tragic in terms of fair play and justice system. We guess you had a chance to follow the developments. There have been a match-fixing scandal going on in Turkey since July 3rd, 2011, the date when the news went public.
Speaking of the scandal, everything initially started with an investigation by the government prosecutors and they reached allegedly many evidences that would bring many individuals in more than ten different cases criminal charges; mostly due to their match-fixing efforts.
Since the date mentioned above, Turkish fans have been watching the process in Turkey in terror and protest.
In recent days, Senes Erzik, the vice president of UEFA and a member of Fenerbahce Sports Club, is apparently expressing that he did everything humanly possible to cover up the scandal and make Fenerbahce go unpunished. And it seems that he will succeed.
We, as Turkish football fans, would like to express our discomfort and concerns about the process and wish you to take this mail into consideration.

Let us give you some detailed information on the process day by day:
May 22, 2011 – Fenerbahce becamed 2010-2011 Turkish Super League Champions with 82 points, the same with the runner-up Trabzonspor.
July 3, 2011 – Match-fixing scandal errupted, tens of administrators were arrested and jailed in the following days.
July 6, 2011 - Mehmet Ali Aydınlar, the chairman of Turkish Football Federation met with Mehmet Berk, the prosecutor, and said: "The situation is very serious, there are strong evidences. We will make a decision prior to the beginning of the season."
July 11, 2011 – Mehmet Ali Aydınlar said "We do not have adequate evidence.”
June 20, 2011 – As a result of match-fixing scandal, the Super Cup match that were to be played between Besiktas and Fenerbahce both of whom were involved in the investigation, was postponed.
June 25, 2011 - The Turkish Football Federation announced the postponement of the start of the 2011/12 Super League campaign until September.
August 24, 2011 – Pierre Cornu, chief inspector of UEFA, visited Turkey, negotiated with TFF President and the prosecutor Mehmet Berk, gained information and later on Fenerbahce was banned from European Tournaments. Afterwards, the UEFA Emergency Panel has decided to replace Fenerbahçe with Trabzonspor after the Turkish Football Federation withdrew Fenerbahçe from the 2011/12 UEFA Champions League.
November 24, 2011 – The Law no. 6222 on “The Prevention of Violent Acts and Disorder in Sports” was amended by Grand National Assembly Of Turkey and the penalties were reduced. The funny part is that: it was just set 6 months ago and announced as an “ideal sample” for Europe.
December 9, 2011 – Turkish court accepted match-fixing indictment ( 400 pages)
December 20, 2011 - Ethics Committee Report On Match-Fixing Probe (the first one) was disclosed: Match-fixing in 5 games, Incentive Premium in 6 games, match fixing attempt in 3 games.
December 21, 2011 – Additional documents and evidences issued ( 7.000 pages )
December 21, 2011 – Nihat Özdemir, the vice president of Fenerbahce Sports Club, announced that unless Article 58 of TFF’s disciplinary code, which would relegate any teams found guilty of match fixing, were amended, Turkish football would sink.
January 21, 2012 – Nihat Özdemir, the vice president of Fenerbahce Sports Club, said “We object the amendment of Article 58.”
January 26, 2012 – Clubs officials rejected the amendment of Article 58 in The Extraordinary General Assembly of TFF.
January 30, 2012 – The Chairman Mehmet Ali Aydınlar announced that they would keep at the job.
January 31, 2012 – The Chairman Mehmet Ali Aydınlar resigned.
February 27, 2012 – Yıldırım Demirören, the president of Besiktas Football Club (investigated in match fixing scandal), suprisedly became the new president of Turkish Football Federation. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Prime Minister, would like him to get the job…
February 27, 2012 – Ali Koc, one of the administrators of Fenerbahce, said “CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport ) case is a matter of honor for us, we will not withdraw it.”
March 16, 2012 – Article 24 of Football Competition Regulation covering relegation penalties were amended and so all punishments for match-fixing activities attached to the 58th clause.
March 29, 2012 – The Prime Minister Erdoğan: “Not attending European Tournaments for 5 years won’t change anything”
March 30, 2012 – Yıldırım Demirören, the chairman of the TFF: “I agree with the Prime Minister. English clubs did not attend any European tournaments for 5 years, so what?”
April 26, 2012 – Fenerbahce withdrew its CAS case…
April 30, 2012 – Yıldırım Demirören announced that match-fixing “attempts” were not “reflected on pitch”.
April 30, 2012 – Article 58 of TFF’s disciplinary code, which would relegate any teams found guilty of match fixing, were amended.
May 7, 2012 – Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) announced the penalties for match fixing activities. “Officials and clubs were separated” and the federation punished a total of 10 officials and players, including three officials from Fenerbahçe, for their involvement in attempts to manipulate games from the 2010-2011 championship. But clubs were absolved amazingly.
June 1, 2012 – The Prosecutor gaved his opinion and claimed tens of years for officials, including the Aziz Yıldırım, the chairman of Fenerbahce.
June 4, 2012 – Arbitral Committee of TFF affirmed the decisions of PFDK.
And it is 28th June 2012 today.
The Super Cup match is still unsettled.

Sürekli aynı şeyi yazıyorum..10-12 Cümleyi geçmeyecek çarpıcı ve akılda kalıcı bir şey olursa daha çok etkili olabilir..Bu kadar uzun metinin cidden okunma oranı çok düşük olur..

Karşınızdaki insanın yerine kendiniz koyarmısınız ? oturup 15 dakika sizin mailinizi okumanız gerekecek..Etkisi çok az olur bu metnin.
Sürekli aynı şeyi yazıyorum..10-12 Cümleyi geçmeyecek çarpıcı ve akılda kalıcı bir şey olursa daha çok etkili olabilir..Bu kadar uzun metinin cidden okunma oranı çok düşük olur..
Gazetecilere gönderdiğimiz için bilgilendirme kısmını uzun tuttum.
Fakat girişindeki özet bölümünde zaten derdimizi anlattım.
Basını gerçekten bilgilendirmek istiyorsak, süreci nakletmemiz gerek.
Yoksa on cümleyle anlattıklarımızı zaten biliyorlar.
Ancak dilerseniz alternatif metin hazırlanabilir.
Fakat benim vaktim yok maalesef, mesaimden çalıp yazmaya çalıştım bunları da.

Arkadaslar, ben de yuz kere yazdim. Maillerde kusur bulmak yerine, alternatif mailler ekleyebiliriz. Ugrasip yazan insan ister istemez kiriliyor boyle olunca. Ayrica Gamze kardesim gazeteci zaten, hepimizden iyi bilir basinin nasil bilgilendirilmesi gerektigini. Ayrica uefa'ya mail basliginda da sayisiz mail var ordan da akliniza yatan mailleri yollayabilirsiniz. Hepinize kolay gelsin, buyurun yollayin bol bol!

Gazetecilere gönderilecek metnin, aksine, çok bilgilendirici olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bu yüzden tüm süreci anlatan bir mail yazdım iş arasında çalakalem. Atladığım birçok şey olmuştur. Bunları ekleyebiliriz.

Match-fixing is legal in Turkey!
We are a group of Turkish fans representing millions of supporters who are seeking for justice for almost 12 months since the day when the biggest match-fixing scandal errupted in Turkey.
The process was tragic in terms of fair play and justice system. We guess you had a chance to follow the developments. There have been a match-fixing scandal going on in Turkey since July 3rd, 2011, the date when the news went public.
Speaking of the scandal, everything initially started with an investigation by the government prosecutors and they reached allegedly many evidences that would bring many individuals in more than ten different cases criminal charges; mostly due to their match-fixing efforts.
Since the date mentioned above, Turkish fans have been watching the process in Turkey in terror and protest.
In recent days, Senes Erzik, the vice president of UEFA and a member of Fenerbahce Sports Club, is apparently expressing that he did everything humanly possible to cover up the scandal and make Fenerbahce go unpunished. And it seems that he will succeed.
We, as Turkish football fans, would like to express our discomfort and concerns about the process and wish you to take this mail into consideration.

Let us give you some detailed information on the process day by day:
May 22, 2011 – Fenerbahce becamed 2010-2011 Turkish Super League Champions with 82 points, the same with the runner-up Trabzonspor.
July 3, 2011 – Match-fixing scandal errupted, tens of administrators were arrested and jailed in the following days.
July 6, 2011 - Mehmet Ali Aydınlar, the chairman of Turkish Football Federation met with Mehmet Berk, the prosecutor, and said: "The situation is very serious, there are strong evidences. We will make a decision prior to the beginning of the season."
July 11, 2011 – Mehmet Ali Aydınlar said "We do not have adequate evidence.”
June 20, 2011 – As a result of match-fixing scandal, the Super Cup match that were to be played between Besiktas and Fenerbahce both of whom were involved in the investigation, was postponed.
June 25, 2011 - The Turkish Football Federation announced the postponement of the start of the 2011/12 Super League campaign until September.
August 24, 2011 – Pierre Cornu, chief inspector of UEFA, visited Turkey, negotiated with TFF President and the prosecutor Mehmet Berk, gained information and later on Fenerbahce was banned from European Tournaments. Afterwards, the UEFA Emergency Panel has decided to replace Fenerbahçe with Trabzonspor after the Turkish Football Federation withdrew Fenerbahçe from the 2011/12 UEFA Champions League.
November 24, 2011 – The Law no. 6222 on “The Prevention of Violent Acts and Disorder in Sports” was amended by Grand National Assembly Of Turkey and the penalties were reduced. The funny part is that: it was just set 6 months ago and announced as an “ideal sample” for Europe.
December 9, 2011 – Turkish court accepted match-fixing indictment ( 400 pages)
December 20, 2011 - Ethics Committee Report On Match-Fixing Probe (the first one) was disclosed: Match-fixing in 5 games, Incentive Premium in 6 games, match fixing attempt in 3 games.
December 21, 2011 – Additional documents and evidences issued ( 7.000 pages )
December 21, 2011 – Nihat Özdemir, the vice president of Fenerbahce Sports Club, announced that unless Article 58 of TFF’s disciplinary code, which would relegate any teams found guilty of match fixing, were amended, Turkish football would sink.
January 21, 2012 – Nihat Özdemir, the vice president of Fenerbahce Sports Club, said “We object the amendment of Article 58.”
January 26, 2012 – Clubs officials rejected the amendment of Article 58 in The Extraordinary General Assembly of TFF.
January 30, 2012 – The Chairman Mehmet Ali Aydınlar announced that they would keep at the job.
January 31, 2012 – The Chairman Mehmet Ali Aydınlar resigned.
February 27, 2012 – Yıldırım Demirören, the president of Besiktas Football Club (investigated in match fixing scandal), suprisedly became the new president of Turkish Football Federation. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Prime Minister, would like him to get the job…
February 27, 2012 – Ali Koc, one of the administrators of Fenerbahce, said “CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport ) case is a matter of honor for us, we will not withdraw it.”
March 16, 2012 – Article 24 of Football Competition Regulation covering relegation penalties were amended and so all punishments for match-fixing activities attached to the 58th clause.
March 29, 2012 – The Prime Minister Erdoğan: “Not attending European Tournaments for 5 years won’t change anything”
March 30, 2012 – Yıldırım Demirören, the chairman of the TFF: “I agree with the Prime Minister. English clubs did not attend any European tournaments for 5 years, so what?”
April 26, 2012 – Fenerbahce withdrew its CAS case…
April 30, 2012 – Yıldırım Demirören announced that match-fixing “attempts” were not “reflected on pitch”.
April 30, 2012 – Article 58 of TFF’s disciplinary code, which would relegate any teams found guilty of match fixing, were amended.
May 7, 2012 – Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) announced the penalties for match fixing activities. “Officials and clubs were separated” and the federation punished a total of 10 officials and players, including three officials from Fenerbahçe, for their involvement in attempts to manipulate games from the 2010-2011 championship. But clubs were absolved amazingly.
June 1, 2012 – The Prosecutor gaved his opinion and claimed tens of years for officials, including the Aziz Yıldırım, the chairman of Fenerbahce.
June 4, 2012 – Arbitral Committee of TFF affirmed the decisions of PFDK.
And it is 28th June 2012 today.
The Super Cup match is still unsettled.
We are still waiting for justice to take its turn...

EUROSPORT HD
Auf Eurosport HD wird das Programm von Eurosport in hoch auflösender und bestechender Bildqualität ausgestrahlt. Einzige Abweichung im Programmablauf zu Eurosport sind die deutschen Programmfenster, die aus rechtlichen Gründen nicht auf Eurosport HD ausgestrahlt werden dürfen. Dies betrifft beispielsweise die Übertragungen von der Deutschen Eishockeyliga (DEL) oder der EHF Handball Champions League. In diesem Fall zeigt Eurosport HD das Programm von Eurosport International.
Eurosport HD bietet einen hohen Anteil von „nativen“ HD-Inhalten. Das sind Ausstrahlungen, die von Anfang an in HD produziert und nicht nachträglich auf HD hochskaliert werden. Dies sind u.a.die Tourenwagen-WM (WTCC), Superbike-WM, Snooker-WM, Tennis French Open, 24 Stunden von Le Mans, Tour de France, Tennis US Open und WTA Tour Championships.

Sadece Ingilizce versiyonu hakkinda yorumda bulunabilirim: Son hali ile gayet guzel olmus. Ilk metindeki sert, hukum verici ifadeler kaldirilmis, hicbir yoruma yer birakmayacak gercekler disindaki olgular okuyucuya birakilmaya calisilmis. Olaylarin ozetinin verilmesi gayet iyi olmus. Geachte heer, mevrouw,
Wij zijn een groep Trabzonspor-supporters, die al 12 maanden op zoek is naar rechtvaardigheid. 12 maanden geleden werd bekendgemaakt, dat er sprake was van de grootste omkoopschandaal van de Turkse voetbalgeschiedenis. Wij als voetballiefhebbers hopen dat de Nederlandse media op de hoogste is van de gebeurtenissen in Turkije rondom dit omkoopschandaal. Het begon allemaal op 3 juli 2011. De voorzitter van Fenerbahce, genaamd Aziz Yildirim, werd opgepakt. Het is een feit dat er sprake is van omkoping, omdat er duidelijke bewijzen aanwezig zijn. Ondanks de bewijzen die aantonen dat er sprake is van omkoping, heeft de vicepresident van de UEFA, Senes Erzik, gezegd dat hij er alles aan gaat doen om de feitelijke handelingen van Fenerbahce te verbergen. Daarnaast heeft hij gezegd dat de daden van Fenerbahce, ongestraft zullen blijven. Hierbij willen wij onze zorg over het Turkse voetbal beschrijven en de Nederlandse media op de hoogte stellen over de gang van zaken omtrent de omkoopschandaal in Turkije.
Een overzicht van gebeurtenissen in Turkije rondom de omkoopschandaal:
22 mei 2011 – Fenerbahce werd Turks kampioen van het seizoen 2010-2011 met 82 punten. Ook Trabzonspor werd kampioen met respectievelijk 82 punten.
3 juli 2011 – Omkoopschandaal barstte uit. Tientallen bestuursleden van een aantal clubs (o.a. voorzitter van Fenerbahce) werden gearresteerd en vervolgens in bewaring gesteld.
6 juli 2011 – Toenmalig voorzitter van de Turkse voetbalbond, Mehmet Ali Aydinlar, heeft een gesprek met de rechter van de zaak, genaamd Mehmet Berk. Na afloop van dit gesprek heeft Aydinlar gezegd dat de situatie zeer ernstig is en dat er zware bewijzen aanwezig zijn. Daarnaast heeft hij beloofd dat er sancties op zullen treden. ‘’Deze sancties worden in het begin van het seizoen bekendgemaakt’’, aldus Aydinlar.
11 juli 2011 – Mehmet Ali Aydinlar: ‘’Er zijn geen bewijzen van omkoping’’
20 juli 2011 – Door de zaak rondom de omkoopschandaal, heeft de Turkse voetbalbond besloten om de Super Cupwedstrijd (in Nederland; Johan Cruijff Schaal) Fenerbahce- Besiktas, af te lasten .
25 juli 2011 – De Turkse voetbalbond meldt dat het seizoen later zal beginnen. Seizoen 2011/2012 zal in september van start gaan.
24 augustus 2011 – Pierre Cornu, inspecteur van de UEFA bezoekt Turkije. Cornu overlegt samen met Mehmet Ali Aydinlar en Mehmet Berk over de gang van zaken in de Turkse voetbalwereld. Er is besloten Fenerbahce uit de Champions League wordt gezet. In plaats van Fenerbahce krijgt Trabzonspor een ticket voor de groepsfases in de Champions League.
9 december 2011 – De Turkse rechtbank accepteert de aanklacht betreft de omkoopschandaal.
20 december 2011 – Ethisch Comité stelt eerste rapport vast. Hieruit wordt vastgesteld; Fenerbahce heeft 5 wedstrijden gemanipuleerd, een stimuleringspremie voor 6 wedstrijden gegeven en een poging om 3 wedstrijden te manipuleren.
21 december 2011 – Nihat Özdemir, vicepresident van Fenerbahce, meent dat het Turkse voetbal zal zinken zonder artikel 58 Reglement van de Turkse voetbalbond. Dit artikel houdt in dat de desbetreffende voetbalclub een divisie lager wordt gezet, wanneer zij schuldig is aan match-fixing.
21 januari 2012 – Nihat Özdemir pleit voor wijziging van artikel 58 Reglement van de Turkse voetbalbond.
26 januari 2012 – Voetbalclubs in Turkije zijn tegen een wijziging van artikel 58 Reglement van de Turkse voetbalbond.
30 januari 2012 – Toenmalig voorzitter Turks voetbalbond, Mehmet Ali Aydinlar, wil verdergaan met zijn baan als voorzitter en denkt er niet over na om te stoppen.
31 januari 2012 – Mehmet Ali Aydinlar neemt ontslag.
27 februari 2012 – Yildirim Demirören, toenmalig voorzitter van Besiktas, wordt voorzitter van de Turkse voetbalbond, ondanks Besiktas ook betrokken is in de omkoopschandaal.
27 februari 2012 – Ali Koc, bestuurslid van Fenerbahce, zei: ‘’De zaak die we hebben aangevoerd tegen de UEFA bij de CAS is een zaak om onze eer te beschermen. We zullen de zaak niet intrekken.’’
29 maart 2012 – Premier Erdogan: ‘’Het zal geen verschil uitmaken voor het Turks voetbal als de voetbalclubs 5 jaar niet deelnemen aan Europese evenementen’’
30 maart 2012 – Yildirim Demirören, voorzitter van de Turkse voetbalbond: ‘’Onze premier heeft gelijk. Engelse clubs zijn ook 5 jaar uitgesloten van Europese toernooien. Het heeft voor hen ook niets uitgemaakt’’.
26 april 2012 – Fenerbahce trekt haar ‘’eervolle zaak’’ tegen de UEFA in bij de CAS.
30 april 2012 – Yildirim Demirören: ‘’Match-fixing is niet geconstateerd tijdens de wedstrijden. Wij kunnen uit de wedstrijden niet constateren dat er sprake is van omkoping’’.
7 mei 2012 - Turks Voetbal Discipline Comité noemt de straffen voor de omkooppraktijken. Tien bestuursleden worden gestraft, waaronder drie bestuursleden van Fenerbahce. Zij zijn schuldig aan het manipuleren van de wedstrijden, waardoor zij niet meer actief mogen zijn in de voetballerij. Fenerbahce als club blijft ongestraft, omdat de comité van mening is dat de daden van bestuursleden gescheiden moet zijn van de club.
1 juni 2012 – De rechter geeft zijn mening over de zaak. Hij eist een gevangenisstraf van circa 30 jaar voor de voorzitter van Fenerbahce.

28 juni 2012 – Turkse voetballiefhebbers wachten nog steeds op een gerechtvaardigd besluit van de Turkse voetbalbond, hoewel wij de toekomst van het Turks voetbal niet rooskleurig zien.
Wij hopen u hiermee voldoende geïnformeerd te hebben over het Turks voetbal. Hopelijk botst het Nederlands voetbal nooit tegen zulke problemen op.
